Rejections are routine and usually procedural — a privacy label, an account-deletion route, an unclear screenshot. Handling them is part of the work, not a change request. Both of our apps went through it.
Yes, in your own name or your company's — it costs $99 a year and it must be yours, not ours, so the app stays yours. Setting it up is something we walk you through.
Yes, in full, on completion — source, assets, and the accounts they run on. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing held back to lock you in. If you later take it to another developer, everything they need goes with it.
Probably not. There is no minimum size and every enquiry gets an honest assessment — including being told when the thing you want is a weekend of work and you are being quoted for a quarter of it elsewhere.
