What we run on

Every piece of AroraLabs infrastructure is from a major, audited cloud provider. We don't run any servers ourselves — and that's deliberate.

Cloudflare Pages + CDN

All static hosting

aroralabs.org, hub.*, visaify.*, thinko.*, borro.* — all hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. ~99.99% historical uptime.

Firebase / Firestore

Newsletter, contact forms, app data

Google Cloud's managed database. Encrypted at rest + in transit. 99.999% uptime SLA. SOC 2 / ISO 27001 audited.

Zoho Mail

Transactional + newsletter emails

SPF + DKIM signed delivery. Transactional and newsletter emails sent on behalf of AroraLabs. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe — deletion is immediate and permanent.

What we promise

Honest, short list. Things we'll always do — and things we explicitly don't claim.

  • We respond within 24 hours. Every contact-form submission and email goes to a real human inbox we read every morning.
  • We don't disappear. AroraLabs has been running since 2024 and the products you use depend on it. If we ever sunset something, we give 90 days notice + an export path.
  • Free things stay free. The Hub's free tools are free forever — funded by AdSense and the occasional Ko-Fi. No bait-and-switch paywalls.
  • We won't sell your data. Newsletter list, contact submissions, Hub feedback — none of it leaves AroraLabs. Full security model →
  • Unsubscribe = deleted. Clicking unsubscribe in a newsletter email hard-deletes your record from Firestore. Not "marked as inactive" — actually deleted.
  • We credit responsible disclosure. Email contact@aroralabs.org with a security issue and we'll acknowledge within 24h.

What we don't promise

  • We're not a 24/7 helpdesk. Free tools come with no support SLA. Paid project work does — see the contract.
  • Hub tools are best-effort. We test extensively, but a free tool with no logging means we can't always reproduce edge cases. Bug reports via the Feedback button are how we find them.
  • Cloudflare goes down sometimes. So do we. Globally, that's ~1-2 hours/year. We can't prevent it.

Who's behind this

AroraLabs is a technology studio.

We design and build mobile apps, web platforms, games, and intelligent software. Started in 2024 and shipped our flagship app Thinko the same year. Today we run AroraLabs Hub (free utilities), Visaify (Australian visa calculators), and Thinko (95+ brain games), with Borro launching next.

The studio is intentionally small — we work directly with founders and product owners. No account managers, no relay chain. Email us and you talk to the person who builds your product.
