Will I own the code?
Yes, in full, on completion — source, assets, and the accounts they run on. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing held back to lock you in. If you later take it to another developer, everything they need goes with it.
Why Flutter rather than native?
One codebase means one set of bugs, one set of features and roughly half the build cost for two platforms. The honest limit: anything that leans hard on a platform-only capability is still better written native, and we will say so rather than force it.
Who will I actually be talking to?
The people writing the code. There are no account managers and no relay chain, which is why answers come back in hours rather than at the next sprint boundary.
Is my project too small?
Probably not. There is no minimum size and every enquiry gets an honest assessment — including being told when the thing you want is a weekend of work and you are being quoted for a quarter of it elsewhere.
